Like I said in my post earlier. I took the Chevelle out yesterday to get a oil filter for the Monte. So I can change oil today. It always draws a few lookers. When I came out of O Reilly's a 68 Road runner was backing in next to my Chevelle. I said Hi to him. He asked if that was mine. Said yes. Small talk for a while. Asked me if i was in a hurry. I said nope just driving around since it was so nice. When he came back out we talked for about an hr. Very nice guy. But the subject of age came up! He is 62 yrs old. I told him I was 67. he laughed. Said no way. Yup showed him my drivers Lic he said I looked a hell of a lot younger then that. Well Hell that made me feel pretty damn good. .. So on the way home I started to think. OH OH. I think I'm to oldest one on here ???? Not that I feel my age at all. And most will tell you. I sure don't act it. Ask my grand kids & my daughters. I get more time outs then the kids. Ok anyone older ? Don't be chicken to say it. It doesn't matter none. It's how you feel inside that matters. This guy was going home to do brakes on his wife's 70 Mustang. Now heres something that put a smile on my face as he left the lot. He stuck his hand out the window & waved. Then lite them tires up all the way to the light. I was laughing so hard. Some kids in their pick up's were jumping up & down. And "No" I didn't do that. Not me. I wasn't in the state. I'm new here officer. ha ha ha ha. HELL yeah I did some. Are you crazy. Thats what I live for. ha ha ha ha. So anybody over 60 want to pipe in ????

Thanks Rick for your Happy Post on age...We will all get there in Time, if we are given the time ?

My grandfather is in his 70's and had a stroke a few years ago, but the Beach Bum's & I still can't keep `up with him...
He states that "Age is just a State of Mind" & I agree.

He's worked hard all his life, but has always enjoyed `life.
He is my best friend/teacher/mentor & I love him 4-Real-Sure..

I'm sure he will read your post & agree...
Thanks for all your contributions...Oh, I'm not sure if you are the oldest or not ? ? Hopefully our member's that are older will post...Stay young in Mind/Body/Spirit
Everything is a State of Mind, for what are we without a Mind ? ~> Just a Body that can't think or EnJoy `life
