Default Night shift workers

I see there is a lot of night shift people on here. Log in and tell us about what you do when most of the people are sleeping. Think it would be fun to see who does what where and when. Night shifters are another breed for sure. I worked over nights from 11 to 7 am for over 28 yrs. Love that shift Anyone else ?

I work 11pm-7am now, doing security for Daimler Buses North America. They make transit buses for big cities like NYC, Sacramento, Seattle, Houston ect ect. So just think all your buses come from here

I work on the production line for Johnson Controls. We make seats for Nissan and the line I'm on makes seats for the Altimas. I'm hoping to eventually slide into the IT position when I finish my degree. I don't mind night shift at all, except when I have drill weekend.

Hey Supply sgt. My son used to work for a place in Michigan putting seat cover on seat for Chevy's. He did that for two yrs. His hands used to swell up so bad he couldn't do that job any more. Then went on the fork lifts. Not a good job

My hands get pretty sore sometimes but at this point I'm thankful that I have a job. Not much out there for an Army veteran w/o a degree. That experience doesn't seem to count for much in the civilian world.

I'm just a weekend overnighter. At least this time of year I've been working Saturdays 10pm - 6am. I come home and sleep for a couple of hours on Sunday and then Monday back to my reg full time job 8am - 4:30pm.
