yes, that was pathetic, and they also had the first ranked penalty killing defense during the regular and they never even came close to that during the playoffs. enough said, I'm done best of luck to any members whose team is still in........

My Flyers were trying very hard to give the Sabres the series but finally they got their heads on straight. I just hope they get their act together and bring it to the next series. I don't think I could take anymore cardiac arrests.

Well, I'm mourning the loss Montreal took. But realistically, I didn't expect Montreal to get past the first round anyway. Boston proved to be the better team against Montreal all season. Congrats to the Boston fans!

I had my 24hr morning period. It just wasn't meant to be this year for Pit. It wasn't just the losses of 87 & 71 for the season, there were injuries mainly with the forwards from top to bottom through the majority of the season. There were games where 9 of the 12 forwards dressed were call ups. I don't get wilkes barre games where I live but I could tell you alot about their roster.

106 points and 1 goal away from advancing to the second round, as a die hard pens fan I can't feel that bad. There's no way we lose 349 man games to injury next year and with a healthy Sid and Geno I think James Neal will be a star. Expect big things next season for Pittsburgh.

Now I cheer for any team that plays Washington, Go Tampa.

2nd round playoff update..... wtf happened to the Washington Capitals.. they are, or let me say just did get swept by the team that beat my Penguins, the Tampa Bay Lightning.......that's a shame..... The Philadelphia Flyers have yet to show any life against the Boston Bruins and are now down 3 games to 0 against the Bruins, which is also a shame..... I'm not following the west division as close, but I see the Detroit Red Wings are down 2 games to 0 against San Jose and Vancouver is up 2 games to 1 against Nashville!
