Default New stuff on the Bonneville

Been a while since I've been on here so I figured I throw up some pictures of the Bonne with all of her new stuff. Had the windows tinted to 35%, 7in visor, 7x47in custom cut Pontiac Racing banner, tinted taillights, extra reverse lights (55W driving lights from Meijer, couldn't see after getting both windows and taillights tinted lol), and the mod that's pretty much unseen: a full set of GXP suspension front including the STB.

What it looked like last time I posted pics

And now

My new reverse lights (just did yesterday, hence why not in above pics)

Wired the power source for the lights directly off the battery into and used an in line fuse. Spliced in a wire on the green reverse lamp wire to trigger the relay when I put the car in reverse. Relay is just stuck there with double side 3M tape

Before

After

Yes they need aligned lol

Hey it's been a long time for sure, good to see you online. The Bonneville looks nice and you can just tell everyone you put the lights like that so it covers a wider area.

The Bonne is looking nice! It's been awhile since you've posted. Cool idea with the reverse lights too.

Thanks guys. I had originally thought about wiring them so I could switch them on whenever an idiot comes up on me with high beams on but I thought that might get me into some trouble

Oh you gotta go for it. It might not be legal, but it sure would be funny. And I'm sure you'd get the support of everyone who's ever been blinded by some idiot with their brights reflecting through the rearview mirror.

I gotta ask. What was your inspiration to add the lower backup lights? Was it the placing of your fog lights? Or was it the 99-05 grand am backup lights? Other?
