Default New Rims on the Stealth

I know I've been missing for a little while here but between work and getting things ready for the baby I've barely had time to think. Anyway I have a week off so I'm getting things done around the home and updating things. I still have the Monte of course however my mechanic is still swamped so he hasn't had time to diagnose my slight puffs of white smoke coming from the exhaust manifold area so it hasn't seen much road time lately. I did however end up buying a new truck, a 2003 Chevy 1500 4x4 former one owner garage queen never driven in winter with 94k miles. Once I sell the F-150 it will be getting some mods . Now onto the Stealth. I fixed the exhaust leak with a 3SX downpipe and didn't really do much else to it until I saw these bad boys on craigslist. I'm sure you all recognize them Eagle Alloy 077s 18x8s He had some lug nuts so I got 3 on but he had broke one of the lug nuts so just waiting until Monday to just pick up a whole new set of them. The guy I bought em from had a black 94 Twin Turbo 6 speed manual Dodge Stealth it was wicked! He was in the process of tearing it down to put a new intercooler in it.

Unless the car settles a little after driving it with them on I'm contemplating lowering springs to take some of the gap away. We will see though it is just a DD for me and my driveway is horrible to get in and out of without destorying the front bumper with scuffs already so its up in the air.

Rims look great & it makes it look more Stealth
I `think * It would look `more Stealth if it were lowered
What size are your rim's ?
Thanks for sharing...your ride is rare & I don't see them
on the roads anymore...> EnJoy

Thanks Space! The rims are 18x8s. I'm thinking it will need lowered. It's not perfect but it is a 95 and you don't see many of them on the road anymore in this kind of shape too. I was just happy to run into a fellow Stealth owner near where I live. Ended up making a new friend from buying these.

Well Faster the Monte wins that for sure the Stealth will need a few more bolt ons to catch up but its close. For handling the stealth wins out its smaller lower and hits corners great. I prefer driving the Monte its easier to get in and out of and come on its a MONTE CARLO!! And last of all I drive the Stealth more since the Monte is a DD it seems more miles and road hazards while the Monte sits safe in a shed lol

They look very nice on the car

I would also consider lowering it, as even though the rims are awesome they just look small inside the wheel wells for some reason, could just be the picture angle and the way the car was sitting for the pic. Still though great choice in rims
