Default New License?

So, I am going to apply for a custom license in the state of PA, only problem is, I am afraid that the three I want are going to be taken

But anyways, I figured I would be like space for once, and do some photoshop fun

Enjoy

I use Photoshop Elements, a 90 dollar program through Adobe, it was a small investment, and has paid off significantly!
