Has anybody payed attention to these Ford commericals where "we swapped out there normal ride for a Ford, and told them it was market research". Have you noticed the guy who gets the new Mustang convertible had a 01-03 or so 4 door Nissan? Heck yeah, he's going to love a convertible Mustang. The one where teh guy swaps his Silverado for a F-150 is somewaht fair, but come on, a 4 door sedan for a BRAND NEW convertible Mustang? Who wouldn't take the 'Stang?

 

? I havent seen that one yet. All I have been seeing is the ford fusion and escape commerical where the car splits in half kinda like a ford. All I can think is, "Typical ford. Falls apart."

 

I actually like Fords, I like most American cars actually...

 

Well I have to give credit where its due so:

The 2003 Ford Windstar Sport I owned was the most reliable vehicle I had owned. *shudder*

It is the truth.. Allthough now I feel like im about to be sick.. lol[:'(]

Some fords I actually like the "new" mustang. Great machine. I love the retro look. it really worked well for it.

The new escape is a design im fond of. Not bad at all for a cute ute..
The edge. Not bad. I liked the old windstar better tho..
The new taurus. Just what it should be. Very nice.
The fusion. Some fusions are not that bad. Quite nice actually. Not keen on the headlights.
F-150. Im kinda neutral about it.
F-250, 350.. YUCK!

Ford does make some good products, and like any other make, there are some bad ones. Anyone remember the pinto?

My brother has a 05 GT mustang... dont get me wrong, its FAST with what hes done to it. Im liking it, but, im chevy.

 

yep. most consumer ratings magazines show ford as being almost as reliable as a honda, and GM being almost as bad as a VW. i personally think it comes down to the owner. any Ford, Chevy, or Dodge is a good choice really. Pick the styling you like and go.

 

What about USA

 

I can't really say I've seen a bad Mustang except for those upgraded Escorts they had in the 80's. Fuggin ugly!!!

 

Ok, seriously.... I would put a bag on my head anddrive a comperably-priced Mustang any day, any week even. If it even came CLOSE to my 3LT... I'll sign for it.... no foolin'......

 

After reading this and posting I have that darn Jeff Foxworthy 12 days of Christmas song stuck in my head.
