Default New ford 289 motor for Hot Rod!!1

Hey all,

I finally went out and found a motor for my 29 ford model A. I still need a tranny for it though. I am looking for a ford c4 tranny if anyone out there has one. The engine is out of a 65 mustang. It has been rebuilt and has only 10,000 miles on it. I bought it froma friend who builds racec arsd and got it for 400 bucks. I plan on doing it up and of course will take pics of the process.

You mean to tell me your'e going to put a Ford engine in your car instead of putting a small block Chevy in there like all these other losers do???

cool engine... already got the Edelbrock intake and some chrome valve covers too!

Here are the pics of the car. they are older but i have not dont much to the outside mostly inside the car. And though it is a kit car i still love it and its been a project for me and my dad so i am having fun working on it with him. Its already won a few awards at some local car shows too!!!!

Ya for 400 i figured i could go wrong knowing it ran already. And like you said cowboy6622 they car has the Edelbrock intake and some chrome valve covers and also has a electronic cap too so no more points. Those adds alone are worth the 400 i spent.
