I used to work with a lady that had one in a 2dr. I loved it, That was back in early 80's. Not many miles on that one. GL fixing her up. Hers looked like this but all silver.

Heres your 4 door looking new. Different year but close.

Doesn't appear it need alot of bodywork. Looks solid from what I can see. make a decent cruiser. The one you linked looks good.

yea, the car is solid , has 2 small ping dents in pass rear door + quarter
but over all it rides like its the original 39k miles, 305 2 barrel, i just giv it a tune up, new tires, and added in a cd player+ new speakers, but im wanting to beef her up a lil, maybe a performer intake + 1406 carb, along with nova style dual exh out the rear bumper, air shocks to raise the rear, and maybe sum vette ralleys if these poncho wheels dont clean up all that good, just wanting a good lookin classic for a daily, and the 4doors really help with the kids..........

Nice project. It looks nice and solid.

I know the Nova owners who owned them with a 305 under the hood, hated them almost as much as the 1980s Monte owners do.

Sont give up on the pontiac rallys. sand them down and repaint them. They sell a masking kit pretty cheap that save you taping. Makes them look great. I always painted mine black and silver instead of the charcoal. Makes them pop. Heres the ones that were on my 77GP. Note, I switched rings and caps to old style but man they were sharp.
By the way, where is Rutlege? My dad's side of the family is from Livingston/Cookeville.
