I am real sorry to hear about your mom. You need to tell her she needs to concentrate on getting through this. And she will need all the support from other family members that she can get.

God is there for you. And so are we. Please keep up updated.

 

I have a few family members who had cancer, and also used to work at a hospital that treated cancer patients. If I may suggest that you try to remain positive that she will beat this. The last thing a cancer patient wants to hear is that they're going to die.

update: shes admitted to the hospital until further notice, on a morphine pump for the pain, a tumor the size of 2 golfballs on her left breast, it is malignant, but doctor brotherton is waiting on the biopsy results for a treatment regime. im still in sc waiting for updates and to see what the family is gonna do before i drive up to virginia. but ive been told that breast cancer is the easiest to cure even tho it might cost her her breasts.

thanks everyone for your prayers and throughts. im trying my best to keep my head up but with grandma passing from it in feb, mom being her eldest daughter, and now i have both my younger brothers freaking out im really stressing but im gonna hold it together i hope

 

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I'm kinda in the same boat - my mom is going to have her 3rd lung cancer surgery on Aug 18.
