If it's not a '09 Ford Fusion than its gotta be the Mercury Milan. They didn't even have those in Canada.
But I'm not guessing at the BMW. Even if I knew what it was, I'd be to embarrassed to admit it!

Yes, you got the Make correct, but the year is 2011 Mercury Milan & it was the last year produced by Mercury.

I don't think that BMW is worth crap. Owning any 2000 BMW would be a nightmare of expensive repairs and I fail to see the glory of it. If you are in the market for a 14 year own car, I highly recommend a Monte Carlo

This is a fun game too.
The deep offset wheels tell us it RWD. You can see it has muffler fore rear axle. And a chrome hood mounted antenna. It is noticeably 2-door. But the big clue is the barely noticeable decal vertical stripe at the rear of the crushed rear quarter. And the link name.
I'd guess a later Charger cuz of the shoulder belt hangin there. But there rear window seemed to have tappered downward.
