Friday a week ago I worked on the '57 some, did life normal with no issues.

Saturday morning I got up. I felt like ZHIT! Head all stopped up. Chest felt like a '57 Chevy setting on it. I still went to work all week. (trying to return the favor cause someone at work probably gave me this)

Thursday I finally got sick (literally) of feeling bad and went to the doctor. He gave me an antibiotic and cough medicine. He told me to buy an over the counter decongestant.

Today I feel a little better. Still coughing and head it still somewhat stopped up, but not as bad. And the thick jello like junk I've been coughing up was just plain nasty.

Haven't worked on a single thing all week long. Just rested.

 

I hope you feel better RJ. I haven't been able to have fun with my car yet.
It keeps raining here so since I got my 03 out of storage at the beginning of the month I have taken it out 5 times and got rained on 3 times. And I'm sick of cleaning the undercarriage of the car.

Hang in there RJ, I've been feeling kinda crappy the last few weeks also, I think is has to do with allergies? Hope you start feeling better soon man......

 

Hope you feel better soon. I always got horrible colds and such that would take forever to get rid of. My doctor told me back in november to start taking vitamin D. I didn't get another cold all winter. (knocks on wood) Maybe something to think about.

 

A few weeks ago I had this junk. For 3 weeks. But it cleared up and I thought everything was A-okay.

At that time I even had 2 - 3 seperate nose bleeds. Which I never get. I guess the inside of my nose was just do dried out from the cold weather and all.

And with all the rain we've been getting the stuff came back.

The weather guy said they were predicting an ENTIRE week of rain this week. (my first week of vacation, too) I hope the weather people are wrong about their predictions.

It stormed pretty good last night and some again this morning. Right now Mr. sun is shining bright.

At least now I can talk again. (this may be bad news for some) And I do feel somewhat better.
Last week I had to fight to get the words out with my throat all clogged and it difficult to breath. I took my last antibiotic today. But the stuff is suppose to last 10 days.

I find it kind of interesting how a good portion of the country is experiencing similar crappy weather. With all the bad weather we've had RJ, I can see why you're sick.

Is it possible you've developed an immunity to the antibiotics?

 

I've been lucky with my health. A couple of people had really bad colds at work a couple of weeks ago. I have to be careful cause I have an auto immune disease and I'm taking immunosuppressive drugs every day.
