Went to get the shots in my neck (herniate disks at C6 & C7 for those who don't know) yesterday. With the front end of my '94 Dodge Shadow ES making an un-usual noise I felt it better that I drive something other then this out on I-75. So I took the '03 Pace car.

I didn't realize it was Monte Carlo day at the parking garage @ Miami Valley Hospital.
I just hoped no one at the hospital was watching me take the photos.





And then this blue one someone drove.

 

Nice! I love it when I see other Montes in my area.

i always like seeing montes in my area too....in my town there isn't many but they are mostly 6th gens and me and my neighbor have 7th gens (mines an SS tho his isnt) :evilgrin:

i just detailed a blue 6th gen today and by the time i was done i wanted to buy it haha

 

HArd to find other Monte's on the road... wonder if Monte Carlo's make their owners sick now... hmmm.... I think your Monte was the best looking one on the garage though!

I know how you feel about taking the pictures RJ. I always feel weird about taking pictures like that too. Kind of like paparazzi or something.

There's a nurse at a hospital near my house with a black and silver supercharged 04/05 Monte. Personal plate reads "RACHITT". (Nurse Ratched reference). I keep wanting to take a picture of it to post on the forum. But with security being very tight at that hospital, I think I'd be getting the third degree. Getting visions of the "bring out the gimp" scene from Pulp Fiction.

But enough about that.

First of all, hope all is well, and we wish you a speedy recovery...... There seems to be very few Monte's in my area (GTA, Canada), and on the rare occasion you meet one, most times you don't even get a nod...... But sometimes, on those rare occasions when I meet another Monte and I automatically slow down or speed up to set up a mini convoy and we both know other drivers are noticing, that's a great feeling...

 

How are you feeling now? I like to take pictures of other Monte's too - if I can arrange it, I park mine next to their's and take shots of my baby with her "cousin". By the way, your Pace car was by far the best looking one on that parking lot!
