Cool my new toy

got this beast a few weeks back, thought i'd share with you guys.

from what i can tell, it's a late 50's / early 60's homelite "super whiz 55", 77CC engine, 30" bar, and it weighs about 40 LBS nicknamed the zombie killer

That is a really nice saw. They don't build stuff like that nowadays. You would be lucky to get 5 years out of modern equiptment

Agreed. Every yard tool I have is Stihl except my John Deere lawn mower. If you do maintenance on them regularly, they will last. I've had mine for 10 years. (Weedeater, Leaf Blower, Chainsaw, and Hedge Trimmer)

Great piece of machinery you have there. I love the nickname for it.
