Caravan's have abysmal transmissions, and obviously they have been selling them for many years. Not too many people will disagree with me on that. But I'm not saying the 300 or Charger aren't great cars. I don't think I could trust one though - that's just me. Both cars are Canadian made - just like our MonteCarlos!

I saw the whole deal on the 2.7's sucking and I think its safe to agree on that one but, I have to share this with all of you. There is a kid in town here that must have just got his license and got the charger with the 2.7 He's been doing some cosmetic mods here and there like grill, rims, exhaust (wait till I get to that one), tint, and some really cool looking side mirrors. It looks, and I stress LOOKS okay but here is where it goes down hill (other than its slower than a honda turtle. Its got side exit exhaust which is duals but, hes got two fart cans for mufflers!!! HAHAHAHAHAhHAHAHAH!!!! WTF!! He drives around with all his little girlies and buddys like its some 10 sec car and all you hear is weeeeeeee... weeeeeeeeeeee... but its not your tipical rice sound its a cross between a ricer and a lawn mower. Again... W...T...F...! Im gonna have to get a pic for you guys. Just thought Id give you all a good laugh for tonight

What I love is dependability.
What I hate is not being able to keep more of them .
Always had good luck with MOPAR. Yes, they have some garbage but I have never been stranded, knock on wood.
Growing up with 4 bros and 2 sis and countless cousins I really got to see trial and error over the years.
I have 2 Ram 3500 Maxi vans for deliveries that were ordered with 318 and I will keep them as long as possible 'cuz Sprinters look, well, like they look.
I have gone through countless Caravans. The biggest POS was my 1989 with the Mitsubi**** 3.0.
That was Jap motor crap. Did not know it was a Jap motor til too late.
Before Caravan was the K car era. Awesome transpo for our company...lol
They were all sticks. We could stuff 1500lbs of staples and nails in those bad boys and drive over the pass and get 28-33mpg.
I had a 1978 Ram150 long box that my sister slid into a pole.
I had a 1984 Ram 150 short box that was just for cruisin' (I miss that truck)
1975 Dart Sport went 182000 before trading in.
Our company has gone through a few vehicles over the years.
Biggest POS was the 1989 though.
In 2004 I was able to order a Magnum. First year car still no probs but only 26k on it.

I could go on but not worth it.
I need to let the haters bash me and call BS. LOL
Right now my baby is a 2008 Challenger SRT8 #953/6400.
Google SRT80953 for pics and vids.

I will agree that the Rams and Caravans are probably their best vehicles for dependability, it's the base cars that they didn't put any thought or love into lol

They should just become a Truck and Van company :P
