You'll also need new tires too. But hey, you gotta get the oil changed anyway, put new tires on while they're changing the oil.

Absolutely not. There are a few trims in the 5th Gen Camaro

LS
1LT
2LT
1SS
2SS

The LS is your barebones car. The 1LT has more features, but a lot of OPTIONAL features. The 2LT has most of the 1LT's optional features as standard. These 3 trims are v6.

The 1SS is a v8, but more of a barebones v8. Gives you all of the SS styling, but doesn't necessarily mean it has the nicer interior, HUD, gauges, etc.

The 2SS basically has all of the bells and whistles with the v8 engine. Basically the only options for the 2SS is a rim choice and the RS package that you would have to add on.

He has the top of the line Camaro. And it is sooo beautiful.

Where do these RS Camaros I've seen fit into the line of trims?

Thanks for explaining Mike!

And to answer the RS question (correct me if I'm wrong, Mike) but you can add RS package to any trim level (except maybe LS?) and it includes halo lights, wheel options, etc.

Technically mine is not an RS, but the 45th package includes everything the RS has.

Yes, you can add the RS "package" to any trim 1LT and above.
