j/k I miss having a truck of any kind.
Really like seeing the close up pictures of the engine build.
@Rick's 2006 SS: This past Winter/Spring we tore it down & installed the new World heads ... I cannot tell ya how much of a difference that has made! I mean, we knew it would "wake" the engine up, but to the extent that it did? We never would have imagined ...

As far as that oil filter goes, all it is is a 2-quart filter for a small block Chevy; not any bigger in circumference, but over twice in length. 
Besides Napa (Gold line) manufacturing a part like this, K&N is the only other company I know of that makes these. At nearly $20 a shot, going through 2 of these a summer (plus oil) gets somewhat expensive, but having the additional full quart of oil in the engine is something I will always gravitate towards.
... Been looking for an "extra capacity" filter for the Monte Carlo, but have come up Snake Eyes at every turn ... ... ... ...
