lol that reminds me of how one of my dad's friends used to drive his pinto from the passenger seat, tiny car with no console & a bench seat, so he would kinda lean on the passenger door and streach his legs over to the pedals, and steer from the bottem of the wheel that was great 'till he got pulled over for "lack of a driver" haha

Contact the BMV in PA by email. Ask them what to do if you bought a usded car with no title?
DO NOT..... give any personal info unless you can't get out of it. Why? Cause if something comes up (like the car is stolen, LOL) and you don't part ways with the BMV on friendly terms they can't contact area offices and tell them to be on the look out for you. when you come in to get a title.
I know here in OH the car will have to be inspected by the highway patrol then they give you a paper you take to the title office to have a new title printed up.
The mileage on the car isn't that bad. My '94 Shadow is at 167,000 miles and the '93 is at 127,000. Heck my '86 Monte Carlo is at 210,000.

thankfully i know the car is not stolen... 'caus i remember when our neighbor bought it. i am only the 3rd owner of that car, which is cool. i have the sticker and paperwork they signed from the used car lot at gray chevrolet when they bought it used, it had 27k miles on it then. and i also have the original window sticker & option sheet from when it was delivered to major mitsubeshi and i had them sign a hand-drawn bill of sale, so i have a pretty good paper trail to prove its not stolen problem is PA DMV is compleatly idiodic about these things, but i may get lucky.
hey, can anyone in another state apply for a title for me?
if i can get a title i'll look into getting it on the road so i can drive it a lil, but its nothing i really plan on keeping forever.
