Monte carlo i mean where did they come up with that name for an american car. i dont know much but isnt it a race track in europe or something. i was just thinkin about that today let me know what you think

Good observation I added a second S to make it match better though. I have always loved the visual effect of the mopar shaker decal It's a Pontiac shaker too, mixing and matching doesn't bother me too much[8D]


GTO means Grand Turismo Omologado. The GTO name was originally used by Ferrari.

it is insteresting..i didnt know..my dad told me that it stood for the three things that the gto burned..

gas, tires, and oil...

mind you, my dad has always been a corvette and mopar guy..so GTOs were never hsi thing...

The great John Z. DeLorean designed the Monte Carlo (as well as the GTO). The car was probably named Monte Carlo because of its "European styling."
