TERRIBLY!!! I went in on my day off and told my soldier to show up so I could inspect his uniform prior to the board. While I was walking around, I noticed that the area was unusually quiet. It turned out that the board was cancelled the day before... All it would have taken was a phone call. I called my soldier and it was too late. He got completely dressed in his Class A uniform and showed up right as his phone rang. I felt like a jerk... He's a good kid though and wasn't too upset. He will be promoted (hopefully) within two months.

 

Good Morning Everyone!

I can't believe its Monday already, this weekend went by WAY to quick. But it was a great weekend. Saturday I worked a little on the house, and cleaned up. Then we had my family and Kayleigh's family over for a Mother's Day BBQ. Then Sunday we were total bums, did nothing but watch movies, it was SO nice to just be lazy all day.

 

..Sorry that it did not happy Sgt Miller (Greg), but it's one of those Military Training things "Hurry `up & Wait"
It was a good rehearsal training exercise for your solider, and hopefully next time he has to appear, he will get a good report & get promoted....He's lucky to have you as his Sergeant 4-Sure...Good Luck (Thanks 4 your reply)

 

Hi Mod Michael, Yes it's been proven by everyone that works & that is OFF Time goes 2 fast 4-Sure...Great that you are trying to become Bum's....I miss being a BeachBum 4-Real

Hi Space! Isn't that the truth, off time FLYS! and work time crawls. LOL. oh well, back to the count down. 5 days until off time again! hehe

 

It will be cleaned today, but the pollen counts are so high this week, I think it will last all of 2 hours.

 

Moving the last bit of stuff today, plus having to work makes for a busy day
