Good morning everyone
Been a very busy weekend. Got my pre-approval done to purchase a house, then we went to 3 open-houses on Sunday. Stressful times, but oh so fun

A 3-car would be my preference, but it doesn't look like I can hit that at my price-point without sacrificing a lot of other stuff that we need in a home.
