Good morning my friends! Working from home.

My work partner has gone to QAD training in Detroit today and tomorrow. QAD is the new software our company is going to.

I opted out of training as I am retiring next year and the training is very expensive. I thought I cover the con for the young pups while they are at training.

July 21st 2016 and then I hang up my decoder ring and become a full time car nut.

How is your Mother adapting to her new home ? Our family seniors love where they are at (but some days they get confused) I do have a retirement plan set up, but it way in the future. I want to retired as a old>active Beach Bum EnJoy your New Day of Life 4>Sure

 

Good morning BB_Mike!

Mom is doing fine. She has forgotten living with us for the last 2.5 years. She has activities every day. She gets Physical therapy 3 days a week. Bingo, card games volunteers that come in that sing and dance for the old folks and care pets that come in to visit.

I do take time now to smell the roses. Love working remodeling the house, using my hands to build things. Bathroom is almost done, next will convert mom's old room into a computer room. Will take a break when warmer weather comes and play with the Deuce and have a visit to the grand kids out in Kansas planned for this summer

I have taken a more "Relaxed" attitude about work. They use me now mainly for consultation on our old systems (Planned to be replaced over the next several years). They have asked me if i was willing to do consulting for them after I retire.

When retire I will have been with the company 17 years

It's not always easy to be the driver of your own life, but to me the challenges are worth it. Life is in constant change & I wish everyone good changes in their lives.
