The mrs and I will be having friends over and are planning a cookout as well as possibly and evening by the fire.

I too have a fairly large backyard... I store both my 5th wheel camper and 2004 Silverado that pulls my camper in it. I still have room to spare...

Yes, Bum`Mike was partying pretty hard last night & Bum`Tommy drove him back to the warehouse this morning (lol)...I was surprised that he did get the Blog posted with only a few mistakes (lol)
He is crashed out now, but I'm going to get him `up in a few more hours....We are meeting the rest of the bum's around noon.

I'm doing some work now at the office, but also playing on the MCF

Good morning everyone. Off school but still going to work. Oh well at least I will be making money and it shouldn't be that busy. Have a good labor day everyone.

 

Good morning everyone, and happy labor day. Most of us up north get the day off, but there are a few poor souls such as myself that have to work, dang on call lol.

Played a campground last night that we play every long weekend and we had the most campers ever come out, the place was packed. We put on our usual dance contest for the kids, basically the best child dancer of the night, the band gives them $10 to spend on whatever goodies they want. The parents love it and usually the kids love it as well. Our usual bass player had gone camping up in Bon Echo, so we had the drummers brother sit in on acoustic and sing and we played the best we ever have, kept the place dancing all night long, and as usual kept asking them for requests and for the most part we played every request. Even had to play Sweet Caroline, first time I've ever played the song lol and the drummer as well, but we did a great job, also got a request for Wagon Wheel and we knocked it out of the park, considering it was another first. The owners of the campground loved how we got the campers up and dancing and involved as a group. Then when we took a break, we look to the left and all of a sudden there was a group of about 7 people walking up wearing hats like Robin Hood, followed by a guy dressed up as a king, apparently they had held some medieval times competitions throughout the day and the king and his court gave out prizes lol, it's nice to see a campground put that much effort in to making the campers have a good weekend.

I just woke `up Bum'Mike with some strong coffee (lol)..I think he's still buzzed from 2 much partying...I hope that we can get out of here shortly....(I'm glad I didn't drink last eve)...

Hey Space, good to see you and BumMike both on here checking in.
i haven't been around much, decided to take a little hiatus on the Forums for a bit, just needed some time away for a bit, shame when one person can ruin a good thing for you. I still browse around the forum quite a bit.

As for life/the job, both are going well, Job is a real *** buster, really kickin my *** but its going well, getting better day by day at it. Plus i have weekends off now, so that helps
Off today as well which is good my body really needed the rest. Tomorrow is gonna be hell at work, Holidays are tough but at least its a short week.
