Hope you all had a good weekend. I had a pretty laid back weekend, got lots done at home...yard work, and cleaned the inside. Once that was all done, I got in some time to just sit around and watch TV, which rarely ever happens, so that was nice. Especially since I got to sit back in a clean house. ;)

Lets hope it's a good week!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. We had friends over for an Olympics party Friday night. A good time had by all. We had so much fun, we decided to meet again Saturday night for a follow-on party.

Dropped my old Jag off with my mechanic this morning. Changing the transmission filter is a real pain on that car due to the pan sharing a row of bolts with the transmission mount assembly. You have to properly support the weight of the entire drivetrain before dropping the pan to change the filter. Plus the trans mounting assembly has some weird springs that must go a certain way; easy to reverse them.

Still waiting to finish working on our Monte. New spark plugs and trans fluid / filter have been sitting in the garage for about three weeks now.

Morning everyone. So Friday I finished up the suspension work and lowering of my car. Put about 200 miles on it this past weekend and I have to say I'm happy with the new setup. The ride actually feels pretty good. It's definitely stiffer and you can feel it, but it's not undesirable. ^Hi `Keane, I thought I read in one of your past post that you had to work on your power window & that it was sticking..:confused:, but maybe you did not post that you were going to fix it ? and I mis-read ? That happens to `me..I try to read everyone's posts & reply to PM's + mail, but don't always get to get everything done...+ I 4-get...Work sometimes get's in the way of my time on the MCF, and so does my recharge times (LOL) :rotfl:

Good evening all. Welp it was a Monday 4-sure.... VACATION WITH THE GRAND KIDS comming soon! Yea!

Well I made it home from work.
the good news is..... I spent my day in a nice little cabin on a nice little river.
the bad news is... its partially crushed from a tree and I had to tear out a nice pine ceiling along with the insulation Also the carpet and pad. Tomorrow the drywall all has to go. I worked for 6 hours on it today and was only 1/2 done. It is over an hour away from the shop so it makes for a lot of driving.

oh yea space, i do have a problem with my power window. But its been screwed up since i got the car, just been getting worse.

I forgot to mention we had trouble with our cable yesterday so my wife had them come out to check it out. She ended up upgrading our. Dvr box to a new model and then added one for the bedroom. For just $7 more per month we have every channel Charter has. I don't know how many that is but I know its all the sports channels:) yahoo my wife is great:) :) :)

I had the day off today, did some weed wacking for about an hour and a half and I still feet like crap....I'm really getting old and out of shape, but the weeds were very bad, first time this year I had a chance to do anything to them......:eek:

speaking of cable again, my bill is currently $175 a month for internet and 3 TV's.........:wtf: totally sucks paying that every month........:thumbsdown: (Comcast)

they charging you per tv? our cable comes in and then we do what we want with it :rotfl:

Yes, per TV, as of right now.......don't know how to get around that for HDTV and needing cable boxes......:confused:

Same here Keane. We currently have 6. But only 2 with dvr boxes
Rick we get every channel charter communications has in their line up. Like I said I don't know how many channels it is but its a bunch. The funny thing is the guy that hooked it up was a sub contractor and he told us call next week and tell them were going to cancel because its too expensive and they will give us a deal:)
