Good Morning to all ad hope all is well.
david-the smoking thing is def hard. I quit for 75 days a while back and hit them again. So stupid.....very stupid. I decided when I had this surgery I was going to quit. Once I walked out of the hospital I lit up, wasn't quite in my right mnd anyways if you know what I mean. But thing is, I have smoked more now than before. Gotta get this under control. Pain isn't bad at all today, feeling rather good...

I found myself also smokeing more as well.....
Why is that? Its a constant struggle!!!! Why is it I can go to bed for the Night or take a 2 or 3 hr nap...and smokeings a non issue?

Maybe I should just sleep til I kick it?

Dave: here's a story for you. After I quit smoking for more then 10 yrs. We were over my sister's house for Thanksgiving dinner and some football . All the guys were at one end of the family room and all the girls were at the other. were sitting there watching the Lions get beat up & having drinks. I looked over at my brother in law and asked. Hey Ron give me a hit of that will ya. He said you quit yrs ago right ? I said yeah just need to hit that once. So I did. Holy smokes. I was higher then a kite on a windy day! I was dizzy and wow! That was the last time I even thought about it. Just thought I'd share that with you.

Hi `Jerry, it's great that you are feeling better, but I'd rather see you with smok'in rides, then smok'in cigarettes. I sure hope that you & Mod David continue to fight this habit. It must be like giving up "X" & that isn't good 4-Sure I won't preach because there is enough evidence on the web to describe the harm that smok'in can `do...
