oops my phone froze when i posted.

nope didnt make it to the doc today. I will probably try for tomorrow. My gf thinks it is blood pressure or has to do with how low my heart rate is. i took it before i rode my trainer and it was 49.

my resting heart rate used to be around 80 before i started riding

Brownies do sound good. I would make some but we have leftover red velvet cake from yesterday. apple pie too so i might have some of that with ice cream soon.
