Happy Monday everyone. Was supposed to have today off work for a nice 4 day weekend, but was voluntold that I am doing the on call for the remainder of the week I keep telling myself "I love my job, I love my job" but each time I say it to myself it gets a little less believable lol

Hey Ken congrats on MOTM! You definitely deserve it. That's a beautiful MC you have. Don't work to hard and just remember that you are fortunate enough to have a job. I hope everyone had a good Easter Sunday. I know I did. I haven't ate that much food since Christmas. I had to nap it off. Got to show the MC to some new people and threw some horseshoes. All in all it was great. As for today, probably gonna ride the dirtbike and go cart again. Find some new trails to tear up. Or make my own.

Yes I know I am fortunate to have a job, but they seem to take advantage of me from time to time lol. I hope you enjoy riding the dirt bike or go cart whichever you decide. I sure do miss my old dirt bikes, but I don't have property to ride on anymore so it makes it hard

 

Yea I know some jobs like to drain whatever they can get out of people even if its every last bit of energy you have. I'll probably ride both. They are my nephews a 5 HP go cart and a Apollo 125 dirtbike. Me and my nephew Nate go into the woods with them and we switch back and forth because the bike is a lot faster and more fun to ride. I'm sure there's lots of places up in your part of Canada to ride. Is there any woods near you or trails? I know once I move to Tennessee there will be a lot more than my part of Florida.

 

I used to live in the country and had 20 acres of land to ride on and had trails going to 3 different lakes and into the 2 closest towns snowmobiling and dirt biking were a way of life for me for quite a few years, still have access to the land, but I don't have a truck to tow a bike around in. We also have the 1000 island parkway, which has a bicycle path that in the winter is open to snowmobiles, but with the exception of this year, we haven't had much snow in my parts for the last 8 or 9 years, so I sold of my sleds as they were just sitting and not getting used, but if a good deal comes along on a bike I am going to buy it, just because

 

Sounds awesome! I don't have any experience with snowmobiles at all. I've never even seen snow and I'm 29 and been as far north as Wisconsin but it was summer. All that will change when I move to Tennessee. Snowmobile will be a good investment for me.
