Some really good news today, the wife may still have her job. Her boss called her friday & asked her to come in today. She was very 'unsure' what human resources said to her last week over the phone(as usual..didn't pay attention. but thats what wives are for right? To be a big pain in the @ss that you love to death! XD), but she thinks they said "Please come back down on monday to set up your schedule again" I hope everything goes well! & she's decided on taking the train back from now on to save on gas..

 

Morning all, not a ton going on here just work, then onto more cleaning/packing, yesterday cleaned out our front closet, tossed a number of things one being a old loveseat we had that had seen betterdays,

Invested in my first mod to the Cruze; a shark fin antenna to replace the foot tall stock antenna. Painted to match by the supplier so all I should need to do when I get it is install it, which will be a chore in itself.

Tadd, the flames are looking good. Definitely like them better than the vinyls.

That reminds me, I need new tires soon. I've been looking at a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sport's (summer tire) or Pilot Sport A/S 3's (all-season tire). Although, with the new A/S 3's being released sometime this summer, I'm not sure I want to wait that long for those. Tire sizes for the A/S 3 are suppose to be released May 1st. The Super Sport's are expensive but honestly their reviews are top-notch and they're about the same cost as the OEM Goodyear Eagle RSA's.

 

Good SUNNY Morning everyone .. I think the HEAT is here to stay now. With a HIGH of " 94 " today and thru the next week Its going to be a HOT week. But we only turn on the A/C for a few hrs. BECAUSE of the dry heat out here. Once the Sun starts to go down. It COOLS off nicely here. I never left the house yesterday till evening. Played on the pc most of the morning. While my wife was shopping for clothes. Then watched the NASCAR race to the end. Then my wife had a great idea for our evening. Lets go to the pool for a while and then I'll make dinner! WHY HELL YEAH . So after NHRA drag racing we took off for the pools . We thought about walking or taking our bikes there. But with all the stuff we were taking the car won out. . The water at 1st seemed real warm. But after a few mins it didn't seem all that warm any more. It was nice and relaxing. Had the pools all to ourselfs the whole time . I think we were there about and hour and a half. Then my stomach was starting to make noise!!. So my wife said lets go back and I'll make dinner and we can have some wine . So off we went back to our place. Roast Beef sandwiches and a salad Then we sat down with our cold glass of wine . And that was it for our evening....... Today not sure whats going on with us . But I'm sure something will come up . Ok breakfast is ready. Time to get off this pc for a while . Later Dudes & Dudettes
