Hi Spacerider. It is a power opener. The spring just got old and finally broke. It didn't hurt or break anything which is a good thing. I am pretty sure the garage opener itself is fine just needs a new spring and should be fine again.

Looks like more 80s & 90s weather for the upcoming week. It's like a double edge sword though. While we're all enjoying the weather, lightning strikes in the Cascades are starting all kinds of fires. Many haven't been contained yet and more thunder storms anticipated tonight.

I did double the processing speed

It was 7 years old, it needed a little upgrade to keep up with the times.

I agree with mike here, the weather in Western WA is beautiful right now! Unfortunately These fires are also causing many roads to close and I have to Find my way to Yakima this weekend.

Other than that Good morning everyone, I have A job interview with Boeing on Wednesday. Wish me luck guys!

oh, and if anyone is wondering why i have been less active on the forum its beacuse the "subscribed threads" button has not been working on the Phone APP or the computer and its frustrating to try and read all the thread updates after I post.

The launch of SpaceX was successful, but the skies were filled with clouds & the afternoon storms are getting ready to drop on us . The temps in the warehouses are over 100 + & the humidity is a killer....I should be `off work soon & looking 4ward to hitting the `beach...
