I saw Al Sharpton on my tv. I wasn't listening though.

Useless info: Michael Jackson co-wrote the song "We Are The World" with Lionel Richie

 

my dad texted me a little while ago about michael. i didn't believe him till i looked it up on msn. it's a weird thought that one of the most popular artists of my time is dead - and he was quite young.

i wasn't ever really a fan of his per se, i did like a couple of his songs back in the 80's and 90's but the last decade or so was not good to that guy. i felt bad for him more than anything else, his entire life was completely unnormal.

lou, i said the same thing about how huge his funeral is going to be. i'm sure it'll rival elvis's funeral (not that i was around for that yet but i know it was huuuuuge).

all i ever knew of farrah fawcett was that she was on charlie's angels, and apparently women back in the day all envied her hair. one of my friends told me she saw an autobiography of farrah a couple weeks back on tv and it was pretty sad. i guess she has a son in prison and they let him out to see her when she started getting sick.

anyway, a very sad day in the entertainment world. RIP michael and farrah.
