Pictures from today's Michigan Monte Carlo Meet and Greet. It did rain slightly for a short period but it turned out to be a pretty good afternoon. Little cold but it was a good time. We had seven Montes total, plus David's Sierra. Tadd was also there but left before I started taking my pictures so he isn't in any of mine. Some of the others should have pictures before he left. NICE pixs.They still look good even with when their a little wet . Tadd's Monte isn't use to being wet. He might had thought it was going to shrink . Just like everyone else Dave is more into his NEW Toy then his Monte Now. Wish you would have got the owners next to their cars. So we can put faces with the Monte's. HOPE you all had a good time.

 

A few yrs ago we did that with the Chevelle club. Their were 12 cars about 20 guys & girls. From Minn into Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Got on the rd about 9 am ish. Then headed towards Wis. Every place we stopped with those Muscle cars. If it was for Gas or Food and a beverage. We drew a crowd that held us up for a while. Got into Rhinelander just in time for a car show A.K.A cruise in. Then got into our Motel rooms just before it rained a little on us. Then took the cars about 15 miles out to dinner. More people outside looking at the cars then there were inside eatting . Then we all went back to the meeting room they had set up for us and watched a nascar race and had a few Beers! Then got up in the morning had breakfast and slowly headed home. Awesome trip that was the ver short version of what went on. But maybe you guys & girls should get rooms and have a little party and everyone bring food to pass around. Just an idea.

OK Rick...Actually the Mrs needed the Monte for her ouiting with her girlfriends(4 people dont fit in a 2 seater) lol Only Later to call me afterwards while we were at the meet...That they deceided not to go....

But I'll be ready with the Monte for the Spring Meet! Count on it...

Dave nice of you to show up and support our passion. I'd like to have gone. But its a 10 hr trip from here. About 12 hrs from here to Westland, Mi. Gald you had a NICE time. So next time we have a meet here in MINN. You going to show up . I'm waiting for more pics to show up on here. And who drove the longest distance ?And did anyone save me a piece of cake HUH HUH ? I bet you didn't !
