For Christmas I feel like I got a building permit for my new garage lol. I passed zoning a while back and about a week before Christmas, submitted for my building permit, Friday after Christmas got a message it has been accepted and I needed to pay the fee next and during this week, got the fee paid and permit in hand!
Now to hire people to do stuff lol.

I am very excited. I am gathering a couple quotes from builders (to avoid me truly being a full GC). And now with plans and permits in hand, I have two quotes a little higher than I wanted BUT something I CAN work with. I have a feeler to a 3rd, see what they come back with and hopefully soon cut some final decisions.
