Mornin' folks, and isn't it a LOVELY mornin'? Yep, punch drunk once again! Just thankful the weekend was almost here. Sadly I don't have a real job and won't be getting that 3 day weekend most people here are bragging about...
Oh well as long as I can pay my bills and do as I wish (for the most part) I'll be a happy content little miser!

House Minority Leader Lawrence F. Cafero Jr., R-Norwalk, far right, speaks while colleagues play solitaire on their computers as the House convenes to vote on a new budget for the fiscal year in the Capitol, in Hartford, Conn., Monday, Aug., 31, 2009.
Hopefully this will be reprinted when re-election comes around. I'm sure the people that elected them recognize them, and hopefully will vote them out of office... Hey at least they aren't flooding this forum with **** ads!

I just got `off my night shift & had to work a few hours over.
I also don't get a 3 day weekend : ( & have to work every night.
Not complaining, and just happy to be working in today's
economy 4-Sure. "Giving Up to Survive & work towards my dreams"
Your daily posted picture of the day says alot about our
elected officials & it's very, very SAD & mades me `Mad 
I do hope that our country gets more involved in selecting/electing
their representatives. "Ask not what your country can do for you,
ask what you can do for your country" ? ? ?
I'm do'in my best
They are stealing from `us...& should be put in prision,
or a work farm to grow food for the hungry.
Peace/Out & have a Super Weekend

HOLLY HILL, Fla. -- Police in Holly Hill said two cars illegally street racing crashed, killing three passengers Thursday night.
A witness told police that a red Z28 Camaro was racing with black sedan, possibly a Monte Carlo, southbound on Flomich Avenue when the red car lost control. The cars came to a rest at Nova Road and Walker Street, in front of Classy Auto Body.
Police said there were three confirmed fatalities -- one man and two women -- but the victims' identities weren't released. Two people were ejected and one was still in the vehicle when officers arrived.
Police said the red car split in half when the vehicles crashed, and the front half of the car was 30 feet away from the back. Witnesses said the crash was so violent that they thought the Camaro had exploded.
When police looked inside the vehicle, they said the odometer was stuck at 100 mph plus.

So... who won the race? The monte?
TGIF Everyone. I might try to duck out of work early today and get a good start on the weekend. Do some interior cleaning on the Monte before I go out maybe.
Last night I went for a little cruise (still trying to waste gas) and finally put in 93 octane for the first time ever. It felt weird (and cost $40) so after a few more lovely cruises to make sure all the 87 is out. I should be ready to get my tune
