Good morning friends.

Not too much new here.... Fed-ex trucks have been coming to the house delivering gifts to the Deuce.

We take mom in for her checkup today for her admission to the Nursing home on Monday (Bitter-sweet feelings about that)

Other than that will just try to chill today. Have a Chevy kind of week-end all!

Good morning everyone. I like seeing my picture of my monte on the blog like that. hahaha. If only the new headlights were in that picture. I work today till 6 so thats not bad. I am on my spring break this upcoming week. I really could use the break for sure. It has been a busy year so far with school and work all the time. Can't wait for it to be summer but it is at least supposed to hit the 50s somedays this week.

 

Morning guys.

Looks like 40s are finally here and staying! Suppose to be 42 today and 40s to mid 50s next week! About 5-6 more weeks til the Monte comes out of storage. Going to be changing oil and both oxygen sensors on the Cruze this weekend.

BBMike-Yes, I was sleeping. Woke up earlier and moved to the couch to start to blog but fell back to sleep. Was up really late drag racing!! You KNEW the reason I hadn't posted the blog was racing related though!!! One of my racing buddies came over and we were playing NHRA Championship drag racing on the Playstation until about 4am!!! LOL


David- Your kitchen floor looks nice!!
Well I better eat some breakfast, read some posts, and get out there and do some work on my car. Woo hoo 21 days!!!!

Hi 'Zach, Do you have updated pic's of your Monte with your new lights ? I'm not as good as Space at doing pic's, & I did my best with the one I posted of your Monte in2 the Blog. Maybe you can get one of our expert photo member's to do one 4 U.

What are you doing 4 Spring Break ? Florida is getting a lot of Spring Breakers & they are all crazy wild (lol)... You think they would learn how to drink in college, but they sure don't act it when they are on break here in Florida. "Bike Week & Spring Breaker's make driving here very interesting & dangerous... It's only in the 60's today, but on the port docks it felt pretty cold on my night shift.

'Barbara, it's good that you were able 2 sleep in & get some needed rest. It's good 2 see other's get involved & keep the MCF posted. It's great to have back-up on the MCF & in Life.

BBMike- I must have needed the sleep because I normally do not sleep that long...LOL Oh I have back ups but really none as fun as the MCF and racing!!! I get out and help others when I can too. My neighbor guy is recovering from throat cancer and he is not able to get out and drive yet. Once he is up and about I will be taking him up to the food pantry and then to get whatever else he needs from the store. He has been an awesome neighbor since I moved to this town and did not know anyone. He loves it when I cook because he always gets a big bowl or plate of whatever I make!!
