Morning all and Happy 4th of July very warm here today already. I was hoping some new parts would be here but UPS transferred it to the post office I dont understand why they do that when the UPS facility is less than a mile from me just dont make since. Oh well everyone be safe and have a fun fourth.

Thanks for starting todays blog Mel.
UPS started that awhile back to "save money" I guess. Called innovation solutions. One of their drivers told me that it was because it was easier to get a mail truck down some streets and the postal service is going there daily anyway.
Hope you get your parts soon.
Well, out to the car to change out the header plugs...arghhh All that work to get her running and I forgot to get and install new plugs...duh.

Good morning everyone!
Happy 4th of July!
Being i work for Fedex and know UPS works the same way, the post office actually has contracts and sends 90% of their packages through different carriers such as Fedex/ups, but the post office still has to be the final people to deliver it, so it goes through ups facilities but its all USPS shipping it! We get hundreds of post office boxes a night through Fedex

That's interesting. I did not know that FedEx was in on this too. I would think it would be faster because I never have trouble with FedEx or UPS deliveries...so that indicates who the restriction is in the shipping pipeline...LOL

All you all have a great 4th of July and if you are home you can still work on your car.
I am stuck in the Hotel some of the roads nearby are flooded and it is raining.
Now the front desk clerk tells me there is a fireworks display this evening. But I bet the fuse's will be soggy so I am just going to hang here and see what happens.
I think AMC is having a Tremors
marathon on TV. To much fun!!!

Happy 4th of July everyone. I'm going to my Mom's house where my brother will be frying fish, gator, and turtle. And my cousin will be bringing about a thousand dollars worth of fireworks to shoot off. So it'll be a good one for me.

Afternoon everyone and happy 4th of July, my band is playing at a local campground tonight and our singer won't be joining us as he has a wedding to attend so I get to do 98% of the singing
