Edit: I added a couple of the pictures to the blog for people to look at. Also email your dad the pics so he can see first hand. Check www.tirerack.com for prices. I know you can get them cheaper than 240 a tire.

Ok everyone here is a couple of pics of Brittany's tires. I vote they need to be replaced sooner than later. What does everyone else think? Brittany email these to your dad. Don't ask just do it. Also I would start looking at craigslist. I bet you can find something good for 300-400. Don't go look at anything with out someone with you as there are some weirdo's on craigslist.

yeah my friend said i have one of the top of the line tires that goodyear has right now. even on that link that todd gave me they are still 210 each. my boyfriend said i could just put cheaper ones on it but id rather just try to save up for the ones that came on it ya know and i already know how they feel on the car instead of risking it with other ones.

That only makes sense if money is tight and he is frustrated. Otherwise I see no reason for that attitude. If possible I would try to get new ones on your own. This is one of the joys of growing up is having to take care of these things on your own. I really do think you can find a set of tires that would be in better shape than those on craigslist.
