So... im going to take some red paint over to the mechanics tonight... the body guy aggreed to repaint the passenger mirror while my car is in the shop.
I think im pretty blessed with the people I surround myself with.

The mechanic also said hell work out my strut brace ( make it fit better) and fix my engine bay light(I installed a truck light a few months back and it has a frayed wire)

Good afternoon all. Today was a beautiful sunny day, but temps remained near 40. I washed the Pace Car, filled her up with gas and went for a nice 40-50 mile drive. I had the stereo turned up, windows slightly open, sunroof popped open on vent, heater and heated seat turned on.:p I'm getting the fever for warm weather. Despite the music, I drove like a grandpa and averaged around 30-31 mpg on the trip computer.

You're right about that. Years ago I worked third and didn't like it, but that was before I had kids. Now I want to be able to do things with my family. The way things are now even when the kids are out of school in the summer, my wife works weekdays, I work weekends. To do anything together one of us has to burn vacation time. Also in December, I gave them 3 months notice for a day off and they declined me, because there's so many people in my department and they already let the maximum number off. I guess I'm supposed to take the vacation cash payout every year?
