Todd 500 dollar cars are great something major goes wrong you just junk it and find another.

 

Well no luck. The bumper was dragging, front tire was gone, starter fluid all over the car and to top it off no oil in the engine. The owner of the car was not there as he left to drive 30 miles for cheap smokes. The hood wouldn't latch so I figured all that on my own with no seller. Oh well, I think I am meant to wait and fix the camaro.

 

Im having the mechanic do the work... consider it a sweet gift from the future father-in-law.

Its 2100 and im giving him 800 from my tax return. He said he knows hhow much my car means to me and he was willing to give me 1100 toward another car... I told him about the 800 for the return and he said" call your mechanic and tell him to get to work" ill be without the car for a week.

 

As i said before Family (future family in your case) is the best asset you can have. Glad to hear he can help. congrats.

with out it for a week is a hell of alot better than no car at all :/

It's good to hear, just think of it this way you don't have to deal with break in period you should see what he's doing with your old engine, maybe you can have it and whamo you can start building it! Make it a force fed monster!
