space the place looks decent, not much to it. I have a buddy who inspects houses, he said he would check it out for me. I also found another trailer on craigslist last-night, I may be checking that one out also. I haven't even had a chance yet to check on the race, gonna do that right now thanks

Good Luck `Chris in finding the right home for you & your awesome Monte Carlo...It was great to read that you have someone that can check out the places that you are interested in purchasing....

One thing is that it can be expensive to insure a Mobile home
(atleast in my area)...Also if you can check the flooring & plumbing....Keep us updated on what you find..."Seek & you shall Find whatever U are looking for ~*

p.s. I always find what I am looking for, the only problem is that I can't afford `it : ) LOL

I am alive and that means things are good. Life has thrown me a few curve *****, but you just have to keep swinging. There are a lot of things stressing me out right now, but what can you do. Thanks for the kind words.

Saw you were looking at places, thats cool. Just make sure you have a good way to heat those trailers. Pittsburgh is a lot colder then here I am sure and mine was killing me in the winter at over $400.00 a month to heat.

thanks for the heads-up on heating costs, I never even thought about that hang in there and keep positive Todd. Things are not to much better for me either, my mom needs to go into assisted living because she is just to much for me and my sister to be able to take care of. My sister and I have to get strong and not give in anymore to her, she needs 24hr supervision and we can't give that to her! It really hurts to see her continue to smoke and be incoherent all of the time. It is getting very frustrating.

Chris taking care of family is very difficult. My aunt and uncle are taking care of my grandfather and it is very difficult for them. There is a point when you can no longer provide the care needed and you have to be able to live your life as well. I wish you peace with your decision.

As you look at the trailers check to see what type of heat it is. If it is electric, find out who there service is provided by and call them and see if they can give you the cost history. They may not, but worth a shot. Good luck buddy.

It has been a difficult few weeks for us with my mom to say the least, I love her and there are times when she tells me to shut up or leave her alone! It gets very frustrating to love someone and have that person tell them they hate you. My sister and I have to just get on the same page and be strong for my moms sake....

I will see if I can get a cost history for the place, Thank you for the info Todd.

I just went down to check on my mom and covered her up and all she said was I love you honey, I love you honey, getting very hard to deal with because I can't hear if she is ok downstairs because there has been work going on for the last 2 weeks from 8pm til 4am in front of our house, they are replacing pipes or something like that! They told me the work has to be done at night because it is a state road and they can't work on it during the day, very frustrating!
