I've lived in the Poconos my whole life, until I went to college in Philadelphia and stayed there :P

I didn't go to a resort, I went to my parent's house :P

I see you live in Bushkill, I was on the other end of route 402 :P (then down route 6 for like 4 miles)

Can't lie, I laughed when I saw the platypus posts.

Lets see, today... Hmmm... Mighty boring, was going to sign on a lease for a sweet 5 bedroom, 3 livingroom, 2 bath, and 2 car garage place that's a block from campus. But turns out the office is booked for the whole week signing leases so we have to wait till next week. Other then that I've got intro to sculpture at 11 and I'm done at 1:20 and then the rest of the day I'll probably spend looking at my shiny car with the summer wheels on that looks super lifted now that it doesn't have the tiny winters on.

`Garrett, you have a lot going on in your `life.
House sounds Super + the two car garage : )
I really missed campus `life, & a home with the bum's
would have been a party `house lol
I'm search'in 4 a Monte & my g/f is look'in @ homes.
My only condition is that it has a large garage, &
cement/paved drive..I don't really care about
the rest of the house : )
Take pictures of your new castle with your Monte
in the front `ok : )

Garrett - sounds like a really nice place! rock on!

i've been going insane at work lately. my boss and my other co-worker, brittney (his wife) are in arizona for 3 1/2 weeks taking care of his new racetrack and so that leaves me alone to deal with our entire east and west coast operation. this is the third time they've been gone for an extended time in the last 3 months and i've gotten exactly 1 day off in that same time period. so i decided today that i am taking a vacation the week of may 18th - 22nd. wrote it up on the calendar and then emailed my boss and brittney to let them know. as stressful as my job gets, it's nice to know i can pretty much decide to take a week vacation and not even have to ask - just let him know ahead of time. i haven't decided yet what (if anything) i'm going to do. maybe go to new hampshire for a couple days, maybe the spa in connecticut, maybe NYC for copious amounts of shopping. either way there will be lots of sleeping till noon all week, for sure. i'll also be driving my car as much as possible . my bf is going to try to take a couple days off as well so we can get away together hopefully.

after work i went and dropped off some parts to my bf's racecar owner's place and he and his wife invited me in for dinner. so, the first home cooked meal i've had since, uh, let's see...christmas at my dad's, i think. we're pretty much takeout people

i also bought the MLB extra innings package tonight too (where you can watch every out of market game live on tv). i have been debating it for a couple years. since i'm an "out of market" yankees fan the only way i have been able to watch their games is on mlb.tv online which has been ok for a couple of years. but there is always a free preview for the first week of the season of the extra innings package, and the yankees game looks so much better on my 42" tv screen than my crappy 13.4" mac screen. so. i enjoyed the yankees/a's game tonight on tv. currently watching "the office" on tbs. <3 this show!!
