the girls are usually the toughest ones...especially when they're the only ones! i grew up as a tomboy too and i can still kick most of my guy friends' butts (and do whenever possible ), even when i'm in high heels and capris, all without messing up my nails or my hair your g/f sounds awesome, you are lucky to have each other!

today is my niece's birthday, she is 11...they grow up wayyyy too fast! she is still my little munchkin. i will always remember her as the 2 year old with the curly lil' pigtails, when we used to all live together. happy birthday munchkin

if it makes ya feel any better (or younger) i wouldn't have guessed that. not that i've ever seen you but you seem younger. if that makes sense. and you're only as old as you feel. plus you're the cool dad remember? that's giving his son his monte when he's old enough.

Everyone thinks the same thing. Everyone that i have met always seem to think that i'm about 32-35. I guess Lisa is doing a good job at keeping me young. I'm 42 and she 30.

nothing wrong with it though!! my bf is 10 (well 9 1/2) years older than me. no matter what age we are, guys that are older are (usually) more mature. i was over the partying thing a long time ago and guys my age still aren't. my bf has 2 kids and a mortgage (oh and a racecar, that's apparently what keeps *him* young lol) and he's pretty much over the partying/immature stage. well...most of the time.

Amy, Sorry to hear you're back at the unemployment office. Been over 6 weeks for me now.

I registered for classes today starting May 18 at KVCC. I'm going back to beef up my computer skills. Stating with PC Operating Systems and Business Computer Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc.). The PC OS course will prepare me for the MS A+ OS certification test. I've been using computers for 30 years, and been building them for years. This will add to my credentials, but will it get me a job??????????

i don't think you should feel out of place at car shows!! you might be young, but you probably have more car knowledge that a lot of the older folks there. age is just a number - it's everything else that counts!! nice job on the trunk, it looks fantastic! looks like your hard work and some patience paid off!!
