Saturday we watched my nephew graduate from Wright State University.
I'm pretty proud of him. He thinks he wants to got for a Master's degree?

Yesterday we took my '86 Monte and drove in a parade. It did pretty good for it's first time.

Not much going on around here....Work is dead! But its payday! Woohoo! I actually have to go down to school sometime today and pay my tuition because for some reason the damn online epay option is not working....errr...I hate waiting in long lines! I guess this last semester just has to be a pain in the A**!

Just checked the tracking number on my CAI....should be here on Thursday!

Jamie...so your taking a trip to California huh? Where abouts in CA?

i sure hope your CAI came with free shipping. if not, i'd demand the shipping costs back from them for taking eighteen million years to send it!!!

going to fontana, to the auto club speedway (california speedway). it is always our most popular track, we have about 100 student drivers per day. i'll be getting in wed. night (fly into long beach airport, i love that airport!!) and going to hopefully go into the office on thursday and get everything finished up paperwork-wise. then we set up at the track. the office/shop out there is literally right across the street from the track, so we get to drive the race cars across cherry ave. right into the track. that's one of my favorite things it's hilarious to see people's reactions to it. we have a state trooper buddy who comes and stops traffic for us while they are going across.

i was really thinking about washing my car today, but i think since he'll be sitting in the parking garage at logan airport (boston) from wed. - mon. morning, the dirtier the better. i want to attract as little attention as possible to my baby, i'm already leery of leaving it there to begin with, but i figured that if it is super clean it would attract more attention. plus it looks like it is going to rain anyway so....

I just got back awhile ago from dropping off Precious's front bumper at the paint shop. I have to call them back and tell them the correct paint code. I should have it back by the end of the week. I want the car back together in time to do 2 big car shows the 27th & 28th.
Oh and BTW I finally got paid from the part time job! So today was payday for me too! Now I can pay off the exhaust and order more stuff for Silver! Yay!

Jamie, I don't always get paid on Mondays, it just happens to be a Monday...I get paid on the 1st and the 15th of the month so whatever day that lands on....I actually wish it was every other Friday like my old job...you would be amazed at the difference between every other Friday and the 1st and the 15th....long months like March and May get my checking account down to nothin because you go from the 15th all the way to the fisrt of the next month, but there is 31 days in the month...makes me end up going like 2.5 weeks with out a check....but then when it finally come its bigger, so it all works out...Sucks though when the 1st or 15th land on a Sat or Sun, because then we dont get paid till the following Monday!

And no luck on Free shipping for the CAI...I actually asked if he would upgrade me to 2 day shipping since it took so long. He said no, not unless you pay for it! Oh well, i'm tired of arguing witht he guy, I just want my stuff!
