Monte Of The Month -- August 2007

Morning all!
We got about 1-1 1/2" of snow overnight, so everything is super white outside today.
Plans for today n tonight? We have a Church get-together tonight starting at 8. Starts with a pot-luck dinner, and then a service at 10 for those that can't stay up late (WHUT!) LOL!. After that we'll stick around, play games, maybe some volleyball, b'ball, something. Maybe we can get a eucher tourney going.
Getting hammered isn't part of my life no mo' (No-no-no-no, I don't drink no mo'!), so it'll be coffee or pepsi for me tonight. Hard to beat a caffeine buzzzzzzz! Hopefully the roads will be good.
And PLEASE my MCF family, if you drink tonight, do NOT drive! I want to talk at you tomorrow! PROMISE?
Talk at ya later. I got a crock pot of homemade BBQ meatballs to make today. Not the store bought variety. Totally from scratch, including the sauce. Ya, I cook. I do all the cooking around here. REAL men cook!

Been woke up late today and had to head on out the door. Ran to the bank, Wally World and a few other places and now i am here.
Whew, that made me tired just typing it.
Glad everyone has plans for tonight. Some with alcohol, some with out. But its still going to be a great time tonight.
I got some wood cutting i need to do for a lighting project in Turtle Express. It should turn out ok.

Hi all! I'm at work - been here since 7:10am. I think they are going to let us go at 1pm but I hope to get paid for the whole day. I hate being hourly!

No drinking for me tonight. Alcohol is a rarity anymore. Probably just the the dog and I hanging out because it is snowing like crazy outside.

Well, it's about noon and I finished all of my work so I think I'm gonna take off. I don't think I will be able to stay up til midnight. I might miss the new years altogether. LOL!
