Sorry I've been away quite a bit lately. Just been busy job hunting. I filled out something like 8 app's today, and another 3 more on the table, and a few places to go tomorrow. One of the places on the list for tomorrow is Lane Automotive, a LARGE race car parts distributor just west of here. Hoping for an inside telephone sales job?
I GOTTA find something SOON! It's going to be about a month they tell me before I will get a determination on my unemployment. My ex-boss is fighting it, saying I was fired. I was let go. He even gave me a letter of recommendation! So it's ZERO income right now, and a $50 into the tank today. Going broke REAL fast! Someone interest in buying an Intimidator with BIG stereo and 120K on the clock? Didn't think so.

 

I know what you mean about dropping apps everywhere. I'm there now. It really sux that your ex-boss is blocking the unemployment. I'm sure that the letter he gave you will work on your favor man.

 

Man I would so sue his ***. Do not let people screw you around like that wayne!!! He just doesn't want to have to PAY the unemployment taxes. It's crap!!

I'm sorry... that rubbed a sore spot with me. Sounds like some BS my employer would pull.
