Good morning everyone. Decided since it was such a nice day, I would try a new way to work by walking to a different train station.

Wasn't a bad commute, and not a bad walk either... I may have to do that more often, it was nice to just get out and walk. (Though I missed my Monte time )

'Space, I was watching the news this morning and saw that the oil might get sucked into the gulf stream and possibly wind up in the Florida keys and all around, hope this doesn't happen and you aren't affected by it!!!

...Hi Mod `Mike,
Great to read that you are walking & found a new way 2 get 2 the place that pays U I love walking & running, especially on the beach : ) Are you still doing your workout program.

Yes, I'm really concerned about the oil spread

It's frustrating, when there is nothing I can do...I love the creatures of the sea, especially the dolphin's.

Below is a brief recap:
GULFPORT, Miss. — Scientists say the Gulf oil spill could get into the what's called the Loop Current within a day, eventually carrying oil south along the Florida coast and into the Florida Keys.
Nick Shay, a physical oceanographer at the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, said Monday once the oil enters the Loop Current, it likely will end up in the Keys and continue east into the Gulf Stream.
Shay says the oil could affect Florida's beaches, coral reefs, fisheries and ecosystem within a week.
He described the Loop Current as similar to a "conveyor belt," sweeping around the Gulf, through the Keys and right up the East Coast.
Shay says he cannot think of any scenario where the oil doesn't eventually reach the Florida Keys.

I think that we all we end `up paying another big price for this
disaster Our World, sure has many problems to solve 4-Sure....I still think we should concentrate & take care of our own home first, before we go to other homes & try to fix their problems

What are you doing to make it better ? (I ask myself?)
...I'm try'in 2 do my best, but it doesn't seem to be enough...
That's `all ~> Peace/Happy ~>`Out

Mod `Mike, Really it could work `if everyone that was not working and collecting $'s from the government would be required to work for their funds...It could be done ?

We need to have government programs like I read about in US History, & start up the WPA & 2C's. Give people jobs cleaning up our country, and planting trees, repairing roads etc. Instead of just sitting @ home & watching T.V. etc......

I believe in "Giving Up 2 Get, and not just Taking"
There are just 2 many takers out there and pretty soon it's all gona be `gone..........Then What ?
Sorry, I'm just sounding `off...No one listens 2 me.....
It sure is frustrating 4-Sure.....

I agree 100% that people that are getting stuff for free should work for it.

But I'm not one to want to discuss politics either

Slow day on the MCF Blog....
"Actions speak louder then words 4-Sure"

Yes Mod `Mike, Politics, Religion, Sex and what generation the last Monte Carlo was labeled are very controversial subjects.

I try my best to avoid these subjects online, but I seek out and listen to the elders that assisted in raising me. We get into some in depth discussions, and I always enjoy, but may not always agree. I do learn from their wisdom of age & experiences in life.

I just get frustrated with those that constantly complain, and do nothing to resolve the problems, or suggest a constructive solution to resolve the problem.

Times are changing, and I don't think they are for the better....That's `all....I'm done.....Anyone got any T.P.
Peace/Happy ~>`Out

OK, your turn.....lots of space 2 fill up on the forum : )

It really is a slow day. I know 'Mod Michael is being overrun by corporate today, so he can't get online because they are being big brother with his computer stuff.
