he's a trooper and suprisingly still in high spirits... one of the bandages came off last night so we rapped it back up with some blue vet wrap we had so instead of boring tan it's now blue

I pulled the Monte off the road today. Put storage insurance on it for the next month or 2. Hopefully I can work on the truck next weekend and get the transfer case out and start repairing that leak. The Monte, I'm guessing that there was/is a crack in it that I missed in it. We'll find out in about a month. The buddy helping me had an accident while mowing Monday and ripped a HUGE chunk out of his leg, about 2 x 4", so he's laid up for a bit. Got to get a skin graft to patch it.

So my daily driver for the next month:




She's BIG, She's cushy, and her name is Ethyl, our '82 Old's Ninety Eight Regency 2 door coupe. My current daily driver.

 

Hope you get that Intimidator back on the road as quick as possible.
I don't know what i would do without mine, ... the bus?!

thanks all for the prayers an thought... there burns unfortunatly they will take some time to heal, me n jack r sitting in wally world waiting for his perscription for a pain med for him... unfortunatly we are inbetween ins so we have to pay more but if i heard her right it's $9 sweet!!! or i heard her wrong and it's $90... not so sweet but we'd still pay it

 

Amy, you DO know that the Solstice is named Lucy and the Old's is Ethyl BECAUSE of that series, right?

We are still planning on coming to the Elgin get-together in a few weeks. We'll be bringing Lucy this time. You get to see the little hot rod, but not Ethyl. She doesn't go on the highways EVER!
