Here I set so wanting to send out THE nastiest virus to Yahoo known to mankind. Why you ask?

Cause here it is going on a full week and I still can not get in to my email account.

I have contacted Yahoo asking for help and did everything I can to up front and on the level with the people I have been in contact with. Today they pulled "Your information you supplied does not match what we have on file."

HOW CAN IT NOT MATCH????? I got it straight from their web site.

I need very much to be able to open this email account up. But it sill be yet another day before anyone contacts me.

When you finally get around to opening that yahoo account, you might want to set it up to forward to another account also. This way if you can't access that account for some reason, you can always see the emails since they are forwarded to another account

People still use Yahoo! Mail? I thought the mass migration to Gmail was complete. Man google docs and calendar/all that free space/better features sold me in beta. My college is now using Gmail as well, thankfully. Everyone I know with a Yahoo! still gets tons of spam that actually doesn't get automatically blocked.

In any case though I hope you get that problem resolved, the forwarding idea is a good one. Or atleast a backup e-mail that you can have your private info mailed to.
