Also... I should probably tell you that last night I ran a Monte Carlo LT 3.5, it was silver in color. We were both at a red and talking about our cars and he asked how much faster the SS was so we decided to see...
Now unless your car is much faster than that stock 3.5 with your CAI + Exhaust, I think I would have you

I've always wanted to do that race!!! How much did you take him by?
I would not say my car is MUCH faster with the CAI and Exhaust...I figure that i'm probably at like 220HP after both mods. So figure I have maybe 10HP more than him, which is not tons...You can feel the difference, but I woulld not call it dramatic. (its more noticable on high speed passes too, at least I think.)
Also, I should mention, I think your car would take mine...you got me in the mod department....Its the stock 3800's i'm not worried about!

It's hard to tell, it wasn't an interstate or anything so it was basically a race to 75 before the next light, maybe 4 cars? It's hard to say if he backed off or not though.
Basically when we were talking and he asked me that, I just reach over and took my trac off, then did the double-footing start. Revved a little, just enough to chirp and I was gone. Next light was just a thumbs up from him and that was that. I didn't get to have a full conversation with him again because it was a much shorter red.
I was sooo glad that I took the long way home, just because I wanted to do a little driving to relax.

I know what you mean about driving to relax. Sometimes I hate my commute, other times, I love it, just because its my alone time to listen to the radio and get a break!
Well I'm glad you beat him, always nice to see an MCFer win!
I'd still race you, just to see what the results were, then again, i'd race a Vette to just to see...LOL!
I forgot to mention that my spoiler is good for a few HP too, so that just might win me the race...LMAO! I'm just yankin your chain man!
