How many miles on your Mac ? How long have you had it ?
Was it out of warranty ? Were you able to do the
repairs yourself, once you got the parts ?
Do you think it broke ? Just from wear ?
Was it expensive for parts.
Everyone I know that has a Mac, loves them.

My g/f was just looking @ the Ipad and below is
one of the links she was looking at.
Hope it give you some insight.
I had my Toshiba laptop just fixed under warranty,
and they paid for shipping also.
I like the Ipad, but also don't know anyone that
has one...Maybe one of our member's has one &
will make a post about it.

thx KidSpace I have a Acer time line now and a Del mini 9 and 2 dell PCs I just got my I phone like 3 months ago and love it i would not get it for work just to browse the internet and stuff

I've had my MacBook for almost 3 years. Apparently with the new Intel MacBooks the first run was known to have Hard Drive issues, so I guess it was just a matter of time. That's what I get for being an early adopter.
I bought the new HDD (500GB, $118) and put it in myself. I try to do everything myself. If you call Apple Support and don't have Apple Care it's $50 just to talk to someone.
