Just finished up waxing the Monte, still have to do the tires and clean up the windows... hm. I noticed some spots of touch up paint done poorly in inconspicuous areas like under my surfboard spoiler.

Hanging out with the gf later onnnnn hmm.

 

well back to work on the saturn again, hopefully by fri it will be moving under it's own power again

so much for workin on the saturn, my buddy rick stoped by with his 74 blazer and man that thing is mean with his new motor, he got new heads, a cam, headers on his 350 and part throttle that thing

 

just screems i cant wait for the clutch to get broken in so he can take it WOT thing idles like a damn drag car ...has a nice lumpy idle

so today at work, my buddy with an 04 intimidator monte needs an inspection, he tells them @ Mr Tire to inspect and flush the rad! ok, shop calls back, needs tie rod, ok, also will need aligned after new tie rod is installed! total for inspection, flush rad and do tie rod and align $458???? what do you guys think of that?

 

IMHO not too bad but i never actually have ever brought stuff anywhere so what do i know

 

I hear you Justin, it sucks though, anyway you look at it, replacing a tie rod the car will need aligned also, but these freaking places kill on inspections! he said he would take it somewhere next time, but do you think the inspection places care, hell no. there will be 10 more people behind him bringing in their cars
